If you are like me, a cup of coffee is an essential part of your morning routine. But what if there was something even better, that tasted just as great and could also add a boost to a Keto diet routine? OK, so you’ve probably heard of Bulletproof coffee before now, but just in case you haven’t, here’s a quick explainer with all you need to know to make it yourself. What Is The Bulletproof Coffee Recipe? The basic recipe has three main ingredients, namely, great coffee, grass-fed butter, and MCT or Brain Octane oil. Forget about sugar, milk, and cream, but also forget about drinking it black. This is something completely different in texture, taste, and effect.
